Refund and Returns Policy


At High Country Landscape Supply, we take pride in offering high-quality bulk landscape materials and personalized customer service. Due to the nature of our products and delivery process, our return policy is outlined below:


Eligible Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 5 business days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unaltered, and in saleable condition
  • Bulk materials (such as mulch, soil, gravel, or stone) must not have been delivered, installed, or offloaded
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the material type and handling requirements.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Materials that have been delivered, dumped, or spread
  • Custom-blended or special-order products
  • Opened or damaged bags
  • Any items marked as final sale

📞 Requesting a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue with your order:

Please provide your order number, the item(s) in question, and the reason for the return. A member of our team will review your request and respond with next steps.


💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
