At High Country Landscape Supply, we take pride in offering high-quality bulk landscape materials and personalized customer service. Due to the nature of our products and delivery process, our return policy is outlined below:
✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 5 business days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unaltered, and in saleable condition
- Bulk materials (such as mulch, soil, gravel, or stone) must not have been delivered, installed, or offloaded
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the material type and handling requirements.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Materials that have been delivered, dumped, or spread
- Custom-blended or special-order products
- Opened or damaged bags
- Any items marked as final sale

💳 Refunds
